monday monday monday!!!


Week 1 last day! Ok so I missed my last day of the workout week and I felt like poo for it, I did what I was supposed to and didn’t work out on Saturday and Sunday but today I had to do something today. I had to teach Pilates and we had a kick butt class full of lunges, squats and planks!! We were all a sweaty mess when we finished. Unfortunately my sweet running partner D texted me to know she is down for a bit :( hurt ankle and has an appointment with the ortho on the 27th. But I was already dressed and really in the mood to run….. So I came home and hit the road. I did 2.72 miles today. Danger!! That first hill is a killer :/  but I did it. I’m building my stamina up and I will make it through my half in December. I have time!! I keep telling myself that. I have too!! 
Today was the first day of the weight loss event at my real job. I have mixed feelings about this. Part of the people are doing pound for pound. Part are doing body fat percentage. For me it is the % because I believe it is simply the more fair way to do a competition. If everyone was about the same weight I wouldn't have a problem with the pound system, but as it is we range form 230 ish - 140s. I am participating in the competition, but honestly I am looking forward to loosing inches!!! Gaining my muscle back and loosing the inches I have put on is my goal. 
Tomorrow is the second week of LiveFit!! Happy and ready to go:)  
If I get more brave I may post the before pics. Lets wait and see
