Feeling the love today :)





Today was day 3 of the LiveFit program for me and by far my favorite so far!! I am biased I LOVE LEG DAY!!! I feel like I am so much more in control when I get to do legs.



So I guess I should say yesterday, Day 2, was pretty kick ass too. Started off the day by working, then picked up my little guy from school, then off to the gym to teach Pilates class, ran 2.26 miles with a friend then in I went to lift weight! I did each of the sets and completed all 12 reps in each set. Some of the weight was small but I did it and I am a little sore today. I was a happy camper yesterday!! And I ate right all day. This was the biggest accomplishment of the day to tell the truth. The diet part of any plan is what I struggle with. I am not good at eating the 5 times a day. I am nibbler. Or I tend to wait until I am famished before I actually eat. So yes, eating and taking my vitamins like I was supposed to was huge!!



Now after I say that I did so great yesterday on my eating?.. Today was not quite so great. I didn?t eat until I had been up a couple hours today. But I did ok, nothing bad for breakfast. But lunch was a bag of bugles and a coke? no snacks like I was supposed to. Then dinner was Chinese, but I did pick the good veggies and the broiled white fish. No sweets and I took all my vitamins again. This is a big deal too?. Imo not big on taking pills on a regular basis.

My workout was great. I love legs. Maybe its just being a woman, but I feel so much stronger in my legs than I do in my upper body. I always have. I believe I have a new favorite move too. The sumo squat!! It said to do a sumo bar bell squat but I found that if I grabbed a 25 lb. plate that I could really get down lower and with more control. I defiantly think I will be feeling that one tomorrow:)
